Bar Supervisor

The Bar supervisor will bring quality experience to the venue with some understanding of wines, craft beers, quality cocktail knowledge and spirits. Cocktail knowledge is important, as is the ability to manage and motivate others.

Restaurant Manager

You will be responsible for the overall performance of the front of house team, leading them by example to deliver the highest levels of service and an exceptional guest experience. You will work closely with the Kitchen team to ensure that the quality of the food offering is consistently delivered, as well as the Group Operations Director and Head Office teams to proactively drive the business forward.
