We are delighted to announce that Dr Helen McCarthy, aka TheAppetiteDoctor, Oxford Psychologist and author of the breakthrough book “How To Retain Your Appetite” will be doing a stimulating and inspiring talk about her research on how to lose weight permanently eating all the food you love.  Discover how to reach your ideal weight and stay there.

Dr McCarthy has been a Clinical Psychologist helping people change for over 29 years. With three degrees in Psychology, including a doctorate in Psychology from Oxford University, she is also an Associate Fellow of the British Psychological Society.

She began to work specifically on the psychology of weight loss in 2011 and used herself as a guinea pig. Losing one and a half stone over 6 months and keeping it off very easily led her to writing the book – How To Retrain Your Appetite. Helen lives and breaths the psychology of eating and weight loss and is a leading expert in this field.   This is going to be a brilliant event – Get your tickets now!
